I'm sure someone started a topic like this but I don't feel like going back and looking for it so let's start another one:

These are movies that made me laugh from beginning to end:

Monty Python Quest for the Holy Grail, Monty Python The Life of Brian, Midnight Run, Dumb and Dumber, Brain Donors (little known but very funny-John Turturro), Clerks, Super Bad, Fletch, Fletch Lives

One of my all-time favorite movies. The scene when Deniro gets into the car with all those feds might be my favorite scene of all time. Not too many people talk about this movie which sucks because it is hysterical.

Some of my other favs are...

Wedding Crashers
Anchorman
Ace Ventura

I would agree with everything here.... The Farrelly Brothers movies are usually pretty entertaining(I didn't like that stuck on you movie though)

Some newer comedies that I can watch repeatedly that were not mentioned so far in this thread are

Walk Hard, The Dewey Cox Story
Step Brothers
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Role Models

some older ones I like

Uncle Buck
The Blue Brothers
National Lampoon's Vacation(Original)
Ghostbusters

Seeing Blazing Saddles reminds me of another favorite:

History of the World Part 1

"Christians are so poor they have only one god. Us Romans have a god for everything. The only thing we don't have a god for is premature ejaculation but I hear it's coming quickly."

ALL the Mel Brooks movies are excellent

MOST of the Python movies also

my three fav "sports/gambling related" comedies have to be "Slap Shot", "Let It Ride" and "California Split"

the classic "screwball comedies" "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and "What's Up, Doc?" as timeless. two of the best EVER.
