After a second season that was damn near embarrassing, it was good to see DA get back on solid footing last night. Shirley McClain, who has had two-too-many facelifts, did ok in a tough role. The story wasn't too silly and the place always looks great. In all, it was a nice diversion from winning money on hte under in the GoDaddy.com Bowl.

Maine, I'm a PBS guy for sure but missed "Downton" so far and need to catch up. I feel bad that I missed it but "Performances" has been weak for years so I just didn't know. Now I'm down 2 years on some good. Screw me!
People are talking "Downton" that I guarantee don't give a darn about what PBS is and I'm a member but stuck out on Elba!
