That's not Dave..... it's Phil Jackson!

The Conan one was funny you could def tell that he's in full support of the writers, doing shit just to waste time like spinning his wedding ring and timing how long it would spin.  His behind the scenes segement with him in his office was pretty funny...he's actually a pretty good guitar player!

Conan was a damn good writer for Saturday Night Live way before he got his talk show.

 

I believe that I'm correct when I say that I heard he was paying his staff's salaries out of his own pocket while the strike goes on to it's conclusion.

 

Strong move on his part.

Yeah, Dave had been paying his writer's salaries during the strike.

 

Also Dave isn't a stranger to strikes as he picketed during the 70s against a Hollywood comedy club. He would guest host 'The Tonight Show' then show up at the picket line soon after. He obviously didn't need the money but wanted to support his comic friends. He's a great loyal guy.... Leno OTOH is a douche.
