Argo and Ben Affleck

Disgusting that affleck wasnt nominated for best director, great movie, the attention to detail is magnificent and it takes a lot for a movie nowadays to have me on the edge of my seat but this one did. Great supporting cast too.

yes it was great

Ahead of bigger favourites, this underrated film won best picture awards for golden globe and screen actors guild.

Affleck was pretty funny at the Golden Globes. when he accepted the Best Director he started his speech with "I Would Like To Thank The Academy....."

Did not see the movie yet. But the trailer look good

liked this movie alot. had me on the edge of my seat even though i knew the outcome

exactly !

Agreed that the movie was good and I loved the sound track but a tad over rated. Dont get me wrong I liked the film but if thats the best the industry has to offer WOW! I liked Flight{which didnt even get nominated] much better and thought Denzels performance was outstanding.

Great flick.

As a TV guy, 99.5% of all movies I watch I'm clicking the button to see how much longer I have at the 50 minute mark. 2 hours and 2 minutes flew by in this case.

Fantastic movie

One of the best movies I have seen.

"Argo f_ck yourself !!!"

Pretty good fiction flick.

Best Director - Ang Lee wins for Life of Pi?

REALLY?

I though from the name it was a porno

Argo is a Hollywood version of the truth.  Actually, Canadian embassy rescued American diplomats and not Mendez.  Ex-President Jimmy Carter say the film is a lie.  At least Affleck praised Canada during Oscar speech.
