Question

Perused the page and didn't notice any threads on this yet.I definitely relate to the time period, as well as the music in this series.I had high hopes for this after seeing the coming attractions, and while I am still enjoying it thus far, it is not as good as I expected.Potentially great storyline, but I don't care for the way they are telling the story, not at all.IMO, the manner that Scorsese has directed this falls far short of maximizing the potential entertainment factor.Only 2 episodes in, so still much meat left on the bone.We shall see what happens with this one ...

Just read that Scorsese helped create this series, along with Mick Jagger and 2 others.

My mistake in as much that Scorsese is not the lone director, although he did direct the 2 hour pilot, and will direct future episodes as well.

Vinyl is using different directors for different episodes
