Another unnecessary remake

Saw a trailer yesterday... they are remaking 'Poltergeist'

I just watched the original again not too long ago. I think it holds up pretty well. Better than most early 80's movies.

Surprised they remade this, especially considering the "curse" of 4 cast member deaths in 6 years between the release of the first and the 3rd of the series.

Oh Good GOD!!! how can ANYONE have the gaul to re-make ANY Mel Brooks classic? they remade the Zero Mostel, Gene Wilder and Kenneth Mars The Producers (1968) in 2005 with Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick and Will Ferrell in their rolls and I thought it was a complete STINKER!!!

Nah..I just read that Brooks is saying he might make a sequel to Space Balls.

only question is will there be a reboot of "the godfather"

They'll probably make the dead bodies come back because of the Global Warming deniers, basically the same theme used for The Day the Earth Stood Still, which they fkd up royally.

Not a remake, but a sequel that is ready to $hit on the rest of the franchise
