Who's on a heater? Dodgers 

Who's on a losing streak?  Washington 

It's hard to sweep the series but Washington is done.  They are not going to the playoffs.  Dodgers at home with a winning pitcher while Washington has a losing pitcher.  

It's Sunday so welcome to my church.  I'm not your Savior but it's the last MLB game of the day so bail out money, who we got? 

Dodgers 1st 5 -0.5

Dodgers -1.5 

Enjoying my ncaaf Louisville game and then listen to this dodgers game while driving 3 hrs home.  Happy Labor Day to all.  Next weekend is my Reno reservation on Friday so I'll play again till I go broke. an_razz

Justin Wrobleski still owns a winning record, but he was so bad after the All-Star break that the team had to remove him from the rotation. He’s being handed the ball tonight only because the Dodgers have no one else. 

And you can write off Nationals starter Andrew Alvarez as a “losing pitcher” at your own risk. Study his stats over the last six weeks and reconsider whether you want to overlook this guy.

Counting on the disinterested Dodgers to give a crap at home after they’ve already won the weekend series is some dangerous gambling. You will have to hope they can win the game while knowing they have no intention of giving you anything remotely close to an earnest effort.

The Nationals played surprisingly well on the road prior to the All-Star break. They went into the break with a record of 28-18. Immediately following the break, they had two not so challenging visits to Sutter Health Park in  Sacramento and to Coors Field in Denver. The Nationals won 2 out of 3 in each venue to improve prior road record to an excellent 32-20.

 

But then……the road magic disappeared and reality set in, and set in hard. Since they began a series in Atlanta on July 30th, the Nationals have won only 2 of their last 19 road games. 

Suddenly I’m not liking their chances of avoiding the broom tonight at Uniqlo Field.

Here’s something else to consider. Since returning from a 9-game road trip that immediately followed the All-Star break, the Dodgers have gone 17-6 vs. teams not currently in the playoff picture while going a terrible and embarrassing 1-12 vs. teams that ARE headed towards the postseason.

The difference between -1 n -1.5 is both guys still need to win by 2

I can't push but you -1 can.  I don't play the push.  Either I win or lose.  I like my plus odds so I may the half a run. an_cheers

Have to say this game made me bi polar.  Was sad when 4 runs in the 4th.  My 1st half play got robbed. 

Then dodgers came back to tie

Then bone head bases loaded n he hits him.  Who does that? 

Running out of innings n thought my -1.5 was done 

Mookie betts was 0-4 for the day n hits a 3 run shot. 7-5 I won 

What a lucky break for me.  

My parlay lives.  Baltimore -1.5 to win 7.6 units off half a unit bet. 

Im not betting no more because I can't.  Although it's no WK Monday n I guess I could get back to Reno to play again but too much driving. I just got got hm n I still have action tomorrow on o's rl 

Won ncaaf big n won 12 units off dodgers +100 -1.5 RL 

Take the money n go buy at them late night burrito truck.  House money so it's me. an_razz
