In an earlier post, I expected Scherzer to face Glasnow because of his experience and road splits historically. With that being said, Scherzer at his best will keep this game within reach for the Blue Jays early, but I see the Dodgers taking the next two decisively. One run is enough to win but, the Dodgers characteristically DO NOT just win by one run this season. They win by 2 or more runs almost a 70 percent clip this season. Someone had posted Dodgers will not score a run after taking the the lead game 2... Dodgers will win convincingly tomorrow.
"We don't need him" chants has to be motivation for Ohtani who should be patiently waiting for his pitch to hit. Ohtani has the highest KO percentage this post-season but when he is patient he will get his.
Juice is pretty high at @190... lay it. The Dodgers are at their best in under games this post season. Let's hope for a strong start middle and Roki closing it out at home where he the crowd will fire him up. OR Glasnow go 7 or other 8.
I was wrong about Bichette and he looks better that I thought swinging the bat. His splits with Glasnow is horrible though. Not expecting impact there. Between Vlad JR and Springer is where Glasnow can't make a mistake. Limit them to singles is ok. The rest of the line up sub 200. We can live with that.
I am not sure what drama Roberts will add to the game, but please leave in hot pitchers and stop bringing in cold ineffective pitchers based on lefty righty matchups. Don't have any middle dominance as the Mariners had.
Dodgers need this game to set the tone for the next one.
