I did too lay 10K on a wager once.  Yes - it was in Mexico and yes - it was in Pesos - but 10K pesos is still about 24 bucks - so in theory I have wagered 10K before.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it buddy!!

I just called my lawyer and he seems to have a different opinion than you do.
