Cubs have a pitcher they got from the Mets starting tonight.  He was good last year.  He sucks this year.  A ground ball pitcher with a bad hip.

The guy in the Mets front office came from the Brewers organization.  I’m guessing he didn’t get rid of him because he saw promise in this pitcher.

David Peterson 3-6 with a 6.09 era and a 1.65 whip.  In his last 3 games out of the Mets bullpen he got shelled for 6 runs, 3 runs and 5 runs in 10 2/3 innings pitched.
