according to a bunch of gamblers on this forum, that all of us only needed to bet overs everyday, cause its a cash cow and overs always win.
Some went as far as calling gamblers on here idiots for betting unders. I sure hope they didnt bet every game over last night, cause the repo man might show up at their house.
Every year overs and unders go in cycles, but by the end of the year its usually close to 50 percent, so with 2430 games being played this season, if you try playing every game over, you will be buried in juice.
You gotta handicap every game, pitchers, batters, weather etc etc to try and come up with a good guess(and yes its a guess when we make a pick) and cant just play one type of bet and think you will win.
good luck everybody

You been waiting for a day like yesterday haven't you
lmfaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo got better things to do in life. The post was more about helping betters not listen to the clowns who think they can just bet overs everyday and get rich. Am sure you are one of those bettors who says just bet overs and win cash.
46 years doing this shit and like i said almost every year the overs and unders records are close to 50 percent, but with 2430 games being played, the books have a ton of room to bury bettors with just the juice.
But hey you dont want to learn something and instead want to bash a person trying to part some facts for the forum.
Troll away

I remember one we used to do here a bit of time ago, think it was Tuesday night, Mac Conf under on every game that night. They played about 3 football games average that night and under bettors were winning for a time, it did better until they released it on Covers and everyone was betting those here. Lines changed and by second year on Covers it was a 50% thing like alot of them end up.
Gamblers we will try anything if we think we can win.

Yup i remember that. Things always change and by the time bettors jump on the train, its to late, things have shifted.
I worked for some pretty big book operations in my early days and the one thing every one of them hated, was bettors who picked their betting spots carefully and didnt play a million games a night. They loved the players who bet tons of games, because even with a winning record, these bettors would still be minus money and thats because of the juice.
Todays bookmakers want players to bet tons of games, so they can make the juice. Not many operations today where the bookmakers actually like to take a position on a game, like the old days. Spiro from the greek was famous for gambling on a side.
when a gambler hits at a 50 percent rate and plays thousands of games, see you at the poor house.
The vig is compound interest in reverse

Yes they were saying just bet overs, soon they will say just bet unders. The element of randomness on any given day is always present. One swing can make the difference.

perfectly said. you cant just play unders and you cant just play overs. If it was that easy we would all be rich and books would be out of business.
just think of the money books make, when bettors play 500 or more games during the baseball season and they hit around 50 percent

All I said was you were waiting for a day of unders to make a thread. You proceeded to assume I'm one of those clowns who just bets overs. I didn't come to bash or troll.

My God you are so wrong. My post was just to help everybody get out of the mind set you can play all games over or all games under.
I could have made this post last week as there was a bunch of under days.
Your trying to read to much into my posts. This isnt a gotcha post. It was just a post trying to help my fellow gamblers, dont make alot of the mistakes i have made in my early gambling days.
But theres always gonna be people like you that want to twist good intentions into something else. Even if my post just helps 1 person, then i feel good. Am not trying to save the world or cure cancer, just trying to make gamblers see what they might not be seeing.
Its like this guy in another thread is arguing with me about what the correct way to keep a baseball record. He thinks wins and losses is the correct way to keep a record, when in baseball you have to keep a record based on the moneyline. And whats really funny is this guy actually places bets and doesnt grasp this.

Nobody bets every game over or under on a card..... Certain teams so far are cash cows... The Nats are # 1.... Repo man..... Im older than you....stay in your lane.....the slow one.....
Thats 100 percent true and was my point.
There were some posters on here that said all you have to do is bet every game over and you will win. I was just trying to explain that wont happen in a whole season.
You have to pick your spots, just like you said here.
