POD #1 - royals under 8.5 -102 - 10 units
Back to the well again tonight. Royals under is 11-4 last 15 as they dont hit much are getting great starting pitching and strong bullpen work. Lugo goes tonight and he has been great his last 2 start striking out 13 and walking 1 while allowing 2 runs 8 hits in 14 innings. Whitesoxs have hit 130 against him on 6 for 46 clip. Burke has been ok but is coming off a 6 inning 0 run 2 hit outing vs the brewers and could keep whitesoxs close here. I see 5-2 royals here so under 4 me
POD# 2 - phillies under 8 -115 - 10 units
Wheeler has allowed 2 runs or less in 5 of 7 starts and facing a rays team that struggled to hit the ball at home scoring 3 in 3 games vs the royals last week and outside of a 10 run outburst vs the Yankees scored 6 in the other 6 games. Mook for wheeler to shut them down tonight. Rasmussen allowed 2 runs in just first 4 starts until hitting a minor blip his last 2. Expect him to pitch well today and be backed up by a strong pen. Dodgers over 9.5-114 - 5 units
Dodgers 7-3 over last 10. Marlins 8-2 over last 10. Gonsolin has a 7.98 era in 3 games vs marlins. Quantriil is terrible and has giving up 15 runs his last 3 starts and I don't see him allowing less then 4 runs here at least. 6-4 7-4 type game
Yankees under 8 -110 - 6.5 units
Schmidt surface numbers shows he is due for better days then he is experiencing now. King is back at Yankee stadium so you know he's motivated for this one. Padres with a strong pen backing them and Yankees as long as Williams doesn't pitch are OK too. Under 8 for me with breezy damp conditions here
Brewers ml -125 - 6.5 units
No Alvarez for stros which takes away a huge weapon from the left side. Their lineup doesn't have much balance so I have to side with a well balanced brewers lineup in a tossup pitching matchup
