Well, there&#x27;s actually a play that&#x27;s almost a fulcrum and it&#x27;s almost a reservoir dog, too.  It&#x27;d be ARI &#x2B;190, but I&#x27;d stay very small with it though.  I am going to have one more total; I&#x27;m waiting for the number.  BOL

In my experience, when it&#x27;s close, stay away at all costs; unless PHI fits under another system, I wouldn&#x27;t play it.  You are aware that we would need the consensus majority to be on NYM, right?  Or another way to play it would be that (public majority) is on the dog.
