POD #1 - rays under 7.5 -122 - 10 units
Pitchers duel in Houston today with rasmussen and brown. Rasmussen has allowed 3 runs in 5 starts. Brown is slowly getting in a groove and has handled diaz and aranda. Going under here

POD # 2 - braves under 8 -104 - 10 units
Sale has dominated at home this season going 4-2 with a 1.09 era. He has allowed 2 runs or less in 13 of 15 starts and has allowed 0 hrs in his last 7 starts which makes it tough for a struggling mets lineup to do any damage. Soto is also 1 for 11 with 6 strikeouts against him. Manaea held the braves to 2 runs 4 hits in 6 innings with 0 walks 6 strikeouts in a game that ended 3-1. Braves have hit 225 vs lefties since June 1st so he should have a good chance to replicate it. Sales dominance vs mets lineup and manaea vs struggling vs lefties braves combined with strong pens makes me go under 8 here.

POD # 3 - whitesoxs under 7.5 -120 - 10 units
We have a rematch of a game a couple of weeks ago as Messick takes on burke. That game ended 2-1 with both starters lights out. Messick gave up 2 runs in 7.2 innings but lost cause burke gave up 1 run 6 hits in 6.1 innings. Soxs are 4 for 34 with 12 strikeouts vs messick. Guardians are 11 for 53 with 15 strikeouts vs burke. Burke is 4-1 with a 3.11 era on the road where he has allowed 9 runs in last 6 road starts. I will go pitchers duel once again between these 2 gentlemen. Under 7.5
