Make 2 bets:

 RL( -1.5) +120 : risk 5u win 6u

ML  -163 :  risk 8.15u win 5u

Add them you get

RL(-1) = risk 13.15 win 11

Basically bet 1 RL(-1.5) risk x and bet 2 ML win x will give you a RL(-1) bet
