Well...it appears we will have a 5 UNIT loser in Seattle +137 tonight...shame they left that kid in relief to give up that grand slam...

But..as Ron Washington has so famously said...

"Dat's de way bazeball go..."...

As Steve Harvey has also famously said...

"Still a good night!"...

Will tally up in a bit once the games finish...but I went ahead and put in another 10 unit wager tonight for the Saturday card..

Oakland/Texas OVER 10.5... -110...10 units...

This entire series is going to POP...the kid for Texas is going to get shelled hard tomorrow...Marco Estrada for Oakland could slow down the Texas bats for a bit but I think they will get their team total as well...may have team total plays on this game as well tomorrow...

The Seattle offense train rolls on and now have topped 5 runs in 15 of 16  

My book had team total of 3.5 for Seattle!!! with heavy juice but had to grab it and also played game total over 9. I’ve been watching these games and outside of Jay Bruce who just waves at the ball, these Seattle hitters are very disciplined and have power up and down the lineup.  Felix scares me tonight but let’s score more runs!

Had a lot of time last night to review the entire card thoroughly...so I am posting my list of LEANS...to be clear once again, these are LEANS and NOT locked in plays..

Thought it might be helpful as you look at your card for today...

There is a very high probability that several of these become locked in plays for today....

Felix is why I like the OVER in the game tonight...but I also like Seattle at that nice +172 number as I do believe they can hit Verlander...

Team total number just keeps marching on...until it start to show signs of slowing down, got to keep hitting it ...

Call me crazy but I am going to HAMMER the team totals in this game again...plus money on a Seattle Team Total?? 101

The Yankees should be pretty pissed off about that game last night...as a general rule, its a +EV situation to bet against the White Sox...The OVER looks good as well...

I will never use the word "lock" in reference to a play....The Tampa Bay Devils Rays are a very strong ML selection for your parlay, imo...

i wann add cubs as the 4th but am i getting greedy?? or maybe a nets/76ers over 230.5 or to greedy set those aside from the parlay? and thanks man should be a fun one!!

Last night....I was pretty sure I was going to be adding the Oakland and Texas team totals...

For now, though...just adding the Oakland play...

Oakland Team Total OVER 5.5...-103.....5 units...

Love the game over, obviously, and I still lean strongly to Texas getting the OVER 4.5...but Marco Estrada concerns me just a bit...he might hold them just under that number...

Whew...only 5 units on this one...feels good man...

Remember...pigs get fat...but hogs get slaughtered...very good old saying to keep in mind as it does apply to sports wagering...

That being said...Cubs are a strong ML contender today imo...The Angels without Trout are looking pretty weak...

Just a few words on "balancing"...

You might have seen me reference a bet as a "balancing" wager...

Of course, any wager I put in I want to win and expect to win it...however..in select cases, I add a bet in that same game as a type of insurance against a loss...

For example, I might love the OVER in a game...very typical of me to hit both or one of the team totals to balance the large wager on the OVER...

There are other examples but it's a great strategy to use if you aren't totally convinced about your wager...

Win 2...lose 1...still profitable...

Win 1...lose 2...not the worst of worlds...

If you get lucky and win all 3...BINGO...

And if you capped everything correctly and STILL lose all 3...

Welp...that's called "variance"...it happens...if you look again at the wagers and wouldn't have changed a thing...would have made the same bet again...just move on to the next one...

Can't win em all,pardner...

You just want to win more than you lose...

I agree with you. I originally had 7 plays on my card while waiting for the Milwaukee line, F5 and props to be released  Pared it down to the four I posted and ............ disaster could be waiting for me at the end of the night.

Only the second time in Porcello's career that he has walked 5 or more batters....already up to 80 pitches here in the 4th inning...

He won't make it past 5 at this rate...
