Ok here it is.

Looking at the Guardians and Rangers game, Tyler Alexander will start but only as a relief pitcher and will be replaced by Cal Quantrill as their bulk pitcher. Guardians line up is shorthanded against the Rangers. Both teams are on winning streak, Rangers in 4 game and Guardians with 2 game streaks. The official line up for the Guardians perform against LHP but Alexander will only pitch for 1-3 innings, 4 at most. If enters for bulk middle relief, history heavily favors him. pitched for Cleveland for four seasons and knows this roster's tendencies perfectly. More importantly, he already faced this squad on June 6, 2026, and baffled them, throwing 2.1 completely scoreless relief innings while letting up only 1 hit. Both bull pen are taxed entering this game, hitters and pitchers are not in full strength. Another source puts Wilson Santos another RHP as relief pitcher for the Rangers and because Winston Santos was just recalled from Double-A Frisco, no one in the Guardians' lineup has ever faced him in a major league game. This lack of scouting film gives a natural, temporary advantage to the young pitcher the first time through the batting order.

Guardians will deploy Patrick Messick.  already faced Texas earlier this month on June 5, 2026. In that matchup, the Rangers managed to tag him for 2 home runs and 3 earned runs over 5.2 innings, handing him a loss. Texas' righties will look to replicate that formula to drive up his pitch count early. Both line ups are high strike out rates at 29%. 


I personally lean Guardians but the ML is only at -148, or -140 at best. I am not sure if they can cover the -1.5. After digging up all the dirt and bones for this game I am locking these.

Another play is NRFI Jays/Mets -110. 

Trey Yesavage is yet to allow a run in 1st innings in his 4 starts this season. Mets are cold af. They cant hit and seriously lost their identities. Shane Manaea has been spectacular on the mound as well, his June ERA dropped to 3.86. Tonight's first-inning matchup heavily favors a low-scoring start, driven by Toronto's sluggish top of the order and sharp opening frames from both pitchers. The Blue Jays' offense is highly stagnant early, with leadoff hitter George Springer batting just .196 with a .558 OPS in the first inning, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. slugging .218 with a .590 OPS. This aligns perfectly with Sean Manaea’s strong 3.00 first-inning ERA and 66.7% NRFI rate as a starter. Meanwhile, Blue Jays rookie Trey Yesavage has been a complete lockdown force out of the gate, carrying a microscopic 1.64 first-inning ERA while holding a dominant 90.9% NRFI rate on the season.

Simply put

Yesavage dominant on first innings + both teams cold batting order and low ops on 1st innings + both teams suck + Shae Manaea on a streak of redemption his career this month = enough juice for NRFI at -110.

 What I trust more is the cold start for these Jays in the first inning. I can expect Yesavage to dominate the Mets but I cant expect the Jays to hit far at the start. probably lesser strikeouts for Manaea but flyballs can be expected. The only real threat is Okamoto but it will be the first time they face each other.

 they took Tyler Alexander out too early. He was great in the first inning, if only he pitched for atleast 1.5 innings more this game would have been easy. They need to take Paddack out and put Quantrill in.
