nothing in sports is a "lock" and anything can happen but ugh if its 0-0 headed to the bottom of the 8th you gotta feel youre 98% or even better to win. Not even tryin to exaggerate that spot has to hit at least 98 out of 100 times, in fact Im gonna try to SQDL that spot and see if I can get some figures

with this new extra inning rule you can always get screwed in extras but man that was rough

I never feel safe in extras no matter the score or the line.  I feels its already a guaranteed 2 runs scored each inning once they get there.  Under the old rules/playoffs yeah I'd feel pretty sick

The wild thing about it is detroit did the same thing may 2nd vs angels. Although it wasn’t quite the same it was 1-1 headed top of the 9th and the total was set at 8 and ironically Tarik skubal pitched that game too. Tigers scored 8 runs top of the 9th to win 9-1. Wild
