 I rather lose a 50-50 -110 to -120game then lose on a large favorite over - 150 plus just to win a hundred. But if it works for you good luck. 

You lost me at “the nfl is consistent” 

When Vegas puts down a spread on the NFL, they are within 1-3 points of the projection. I have lost by 1 point more than I want to admit . 
Over the years , defense can shut down a good offense ……. For a team to go deep in the playoffs,  They need to score between 25-30 pts and keep their opponent under 20 points across the season. 

Chargers vs Detroit …..this Thursday 7-31 . 

I don’t care who wins but I LOVE the over of 32points !!!!!!!

NFL teams tend to stay to their average . They are no extremes of high and low points . They ride the average.  For example :2024 

Buffalo13wins  Off:30pts Def: 21

Baltimore:12win Off 30 pts Def: 21pts

Houston: 10 wins, Off 21pts  Def 21pts

KC 15wins,  Off 22pts Def: 19pts

Chargers 11wins , Off 23 Def 17 pts

Denv 10 wins off 25pts, Def 18pts

Philly 14wins 27pts def 17pts

Detroit 15wins , off 33pts , 20pts

Minn 14 pts  off 25 def 19 

GB,TB,RAMS,Sea over 10 wins
