Assuming sportsbook style betting if each of the 108 games $100 was risked the net gain is $384 or an ROI of 3.55%.

Not terrible, not ground breaking. The spreads on Covers widen a great deal. Most likely using this method on exchanges like

Novig or ProphetX would yield much better results.
