Dodgers bats should create early pressure against Manaea.

Seattle First Five
Bryce Miller gives Seattle the stronger starting-pitcher edge.

Giants First Five -0.5
Webb gets the favorable matchup against struggling Grayson Rodriguez

Just some early circles. All the games are late today, so we have plenty of time to dig deeper and see what else sticks out. Very important day today, that’s for sure.

I think Gary was trying to tell me not to bet the White Sox today against Houston because they’re going to lose. I appreciate the heads-up, Gary. Thank goodness I’m not involved with that one.

Not sure how Luzardo is a pitching advantage vs Schlitter

Fair point, maybe I worded that a little too strongly. Schlittler has been excellent, but Luzardo is in good recent form, the Phillies are at home, and obviously this is still pre-lineup.

I’m adding the Giants first five -0.5 to my short card. I know San Francisco has been ice cold and Webb hasn’t been in his best form lately, but I’m not overthinking this matchup. Rodriguez has been getting hit hard, and this feels like a good spot for the Giants to strike early at home.

Speaking of trust the process in case anyone didn't hear LeBron signed with philly

Books begging bettors to take Atlanta as a short dog. I'm looking hard at Balty. Rogers has pitched well lately; he's a good match-up vs. the Braves' LH power. Holmes is hittable, and Atlanta used its pen to beat he Pads yesterday. Worth a gander.

My .02:

I'm not fading NYY with the Shitter on the mound. And the Phils have zero PAs against him.

M's have the worst numbers in MLB vs. LHP. Gore isn't that good but he has decent numbers vs. them.

LAD should get to Manaea. The question mark is Sasaki. He could get hit too. Soto and the Mets will get up to play the Dodgers. That's a given. I would prefer to lay the juice and take LA fg in this one. They have the better BP.

I’m putting the Dodgers first five and FG ML on my short card. I like the matchup against Manaea early, and I trust the Dodgers offense to create pressure right out of the gate. We’ll see what the lineup looks like, but it’s definitely one I’ll be watching

 thank you for this. I would have thought that Warren will still start against the Phillies today. But things doesnt add up, after the pitching change the Phillies ML moved from -130 to -140.
