At OVER 7 you obviously need 8&#x2B; runs to score  Correct me if I am wrong but 8 runs is still OVER 7.5(yes I know at 7 you can push) but the odds will be better at OVER 7.5

Right but 7 allows for a push when 7.5 does not..
