A question for Monday

Walker Buehler is only -112 at home vs Roupp and the Giants. A team that has scored 1 run in 3 games.

Roupp is average at best. And has been hit in the past by Padres batters.

Buehler hasn't been the same since 2022 Tommy John surgery. Went through other minor injuries with Boston as well.

Both clubs look pretty shitty to me to start the season. The Padres with a -6 run differential, and the Giants -12.

Both teams had Sunday off. Any thoughts?

The Padres are 1-2, the Giants are 0-3

Most pitcher rankings have Roupp well ahead of Buehler

The Giants played the Yankees

The Padres played the Tigers

Since there is NO RISK taking the Padres at HOME at PK'em

I'll take my chances with the Giants

You mention the Roupp lost twice last year to the Padres

Now the Padres are starting Walker Buehler 10-7 4.93 era last year

It's a stay-away for me. 'nuff said. 

I was taught that if it smells like fish, proceed as you wish. If it smells like cologne, leave it alone.

Giants with Adames in the middle of the line-up looked pitiful in the series vs. the Yanks. Pitiful. Don't know if it was the Yanks' pitching, but the Giants offense was totally inept.

Lots of suction on the Pads with the low spot, but I don't see how anyone could bet the Giants until they wake up on offense.

Not only would you have to back Soroka, you'd have to back that god awful bullpen.
