Here are today's results, far bettter than yesterday's and we amazingly had no late scratches, we had 34 selections that produced 5 Wins, 5 Seconds & 2 Thirds, here's how they ran:

Guys, I have to admit I'm getting a bit disgruntled with the nonsense in horse racing, namely the greed with simulcasting fees, jockey's bitching about the weather and causing delays or just refusing to ride, tracks spend millions of dollars to build a winterized track, then the jockey's refuse to ride when the weather gets inclement, shit, go choose another profession, then the fees to allow the televising of the races, greed and further bullshit takes over, who needs this nonsense? I'm going to post tomorrow, but after that, I'm going to choose only top cards and fields that show value, but to say I'm pretty fed up with horse racing is an understatement and I'm really losing interest. Prices are falling short of expectations, which makes me think the "fix" is in, when I see a 20-1 morning line, then watch my horse get hammered at the windows down to 2-1, then don't even hit the board, this is not good for my picks or the people that follow my picks, it pisses me off to no end. Yesterday was one of those days, especially at Hawthorne, my picks got hammered, the best I could do out of 5 picks was 3 thirds, no wins, no seconds. My horses were in contention until they hit the 16th pole and stopped like they were shot. Today I picked 3 races I thought would be hot at Philadelphia Park, 1 third & 2 fourths, I don't know, maybe it's me, but racing just seems to be a chore to handicap, and when the races are run, the effort I expect from them just doesn't materialize, so, like I said, I'll post tomorrow, then I'm just going to take a break and maybe the spring will bring better things. I'll still check on the weekend cards, and if something jumps out at me off the past performances, I'll post, it will remain the same as it is now only on a scaled back basis. I was really hoping when I took the summer off someone would step up and take over for me, so far, this isn't happening. Anyway, see you tomorrow.
