Lion vs Grizzly Bear


Had a drunken debate with about a dozen people and the crowd was split 50/50.  Thoughts?  I voted Lion but 2nd guessing myself.

both animals are starving and angry. 

i have a feeling it will be 50/50 here, too.  i've looked for videos.  there isn't anything.  someone might have to set this up.  pay per view.

I think a grizzly bear would run away, Lions are the shit.

There used to be a cool show on Discovery called animal face off where they would CGI different animals fighting each other. I don't recall one between a bear and a Lion though.

They did have a Polar Bear fighting a Walrus though.

And the Walrus won.

The bear with its tough hide and pure power against a smaller but more agile lion. How is the lion going to get a death bite on the grizzly without getting ripped apart first? Its like having Oscar de la Hoya (lion) going against Iron Mike Tyson (grizzly) in a bout when they were at their prime.
