30 Children with 11 different women, so that means almost all of them had a child by him, knew his situation and then thought to themselves that it would be a good idea to do it again, and then some even a third or fourth time.

The report said the state can't force him to not have children. Fine, but the state should demand he get a second and maybe a third job to earn enough money to pay for his parental responsibilites. Or throw his ass in jail for not keeping up with his obligation.

dumb comment. Substituting "dems" would be equally as dumb. Fathering 30 kids and having no means to provide support is an outrage and affront to society. I can see why people react by saying his nutsack should be cut. This guy should be forced to work 18 hours a day and his money to turned over to support the kids.
