I am a proponent of BetPhoenix but...

this is BS. I was trying to place a wager on a golf matchup that started at 1:10pm. I go to place the wager at 12:51 on the line -130 Rory Sabbatini and it says there are no lines on the board at this time. The first golf matchup went off at 12:50 so I think someone just took them all off, I have no idea. So I used the live chat feature and chat with Paula, it takes about 15 minutes but the lines are reposted. So I go to place my wager and it shows -130 still when I pull it up. When I submit it, it says the price changed to -140. So I go back to chat and explain what happened and that I wanted to get the -130 as had I been able to place my wager 15 minutes before it wouldn't have changed. Well she tells me to call and I do, I spoke with Sheila and she talks to the line manager who tells her I can get a bet, but now it's -145!  I was like wtf you guys took them down and made the mistake I didn't. She said look there is nothing we can do and I can "take it or leave it". Well I took it and if this shit fucking happens again I am done with BetPhoenix. How can you make someone pay more juice because you fucked up? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

another thing is I keep having to message them to get them to post things like Golf matchups, last night it was Australian Open tennis matchups. The person who posts the odds seems to be slack or whatever. Here is a conversation I just had with a rep, who was nice, but still you guys have to do better than this.

I guess you have to bash BP on the message boards to get a reply. I had issues the last two weeks with customer service and lines and didn't get much help. I had another issue and emailed Richard on the 22nd asking for help and to look into this. I was very polite and even expressed the fact that I was hoping they suceeded and that to treat people the way the customer service was treating at least me and from what I have seen on here was poor and that doing things like above in my original post and the issue below would lead people to run away. I also explained that you would think the reps would bend over backwards within reason to help people with all the issues they have had. I didn't get a response at all, not even something saying he will look into it or anything. I know he probably has his hands full with all the complaints, but still it doesn't speak much to keeping me as a customer. Here is the issue I had the other night. It may not seem like much to some, but it pissed me off. I was going to bet Marin Cilic and even posted in the tennis forum that I would love to take him, but the book took it off.

Ted: That is what the lines manager tells me, I don't have access to that system
Jarrett: this is getting crazy, I have to every day message you guys to repost lines that haven't started or to post lines for something you don't even have the lines posted for like golf earlier today

Jarrett: it's still not started a full 10 minutes after you told me it has
Jarrett: it shows on Directv them doing the coin toss and a start time of 3:10am EST

Ted: That is what the system was showing
Jarrett: well it must be the same system that causes you guys to go down and be down for days.
Jarrett: You would think with all the problems you have had with your site and keeping it up, that you would be over backwards for customers to keep them
Jarrett: But when a match has clearly not started, you tell me some system is telling you it has.
Jarrett: It's not 4 minutes from the scheduled start time

Jarrett: they are now starting to warm up which usually lasts about 5-10 minutes of hitting the ball back and forth.

Jarrett: So I can deposit with another book since they still have it up on the board.

Jarrett: I appreciate where you reposted the lines earlier. But the simple fact is that you shouldn't pull lines off the board before they begin. I shouldn't have to message you guys every time you pull a line off the board an hour early. Or ask you to post golf lines that you hadn't posted. You guys need to go over and beyond for people if you want to stay in business. You already have a bad reputation and I have defended you, but maybe the people are right to give you such a hard time.

that is the thing all the betphoenix supporters don't understand, you have to complain to these message boards when you have a problem or nothing gets down.

just wait till these supporters have a problem that is being ignored and not taken care, they will see the light. All these compliants against betphoenix are becoming common place and far more than a coincidence.

Though it looks pretty bleak, I hope to cash out from BP's free super bowl play, so I can see first hand how their service performs.  Can't do anything until at least 30 days has passed AND met 10x rollover.  My $90 in winnings on the Super Bowl Under is down to 5 bucks, so I wouldn't hold my breath.  Though it really only takes a couple of straight winners to get back, or maybe 3 or 4 anyway, as always have to start with 1.  Wish me luck.

you can cash out in 30 days, but you can cash out max $300. That was in the rules. Good luck.

So anything leftover after the $300 I will never be able to cash out?

one of the rules is max $300 cashout. There were only like 3 rules and that was one. I think the others were that it had to be rolled over 10x and the first bet had to be on the Super Bowl.

betphoenix is one of the worst sportsbooks that there are, right up there with sportsbetting.com and both are on the covers pay list i mean great sportsbooks list.  i have tried making a deposit with betphoenix about 7 or 8 times, only my deposit never goes through and the last time it said i was preauthorized and then come to find out, there mastercard processor was down and had been all week.  They are pathetic.  And their customer service and management are as professional and as good as their job as their pathetic sportsbook service in general.  I would not do buisness with them if they were the only sportsbook in the world.  My credit cards always work everywhere else but not with these pathetic scoundrels.
