And (if you look at the non fantasy side of it) he's a great defender and can throw out runners and works great with the pitchers.

Does everyone even look at this thread? I mean I've seen bmt type something once and that was in response to something I wrote on his matchup page. I also haven't seen bluejays or kiss the baby around here either.

He's got other offers though so I'm just waiting for confirmation. From what I've heard my offer is currently the best (or at least I think so). The problem is the trade leaves me with ZERO 2nd or 3rd basemen. That's kind of a big deal.

And the free agent market is totally weak.

Joba strikes out Magglio and I think he added a little more to that fist pump just for Valverde.

 

Also...great pickup on Contreras. Looks like he'll be the closer now seeing that Lidge is having more elbow issues.
