You say you wouldn't trade Amar'e straight up for Pau. If you need what Pau offers that bad than offer Odom and Crawford to phillyfan and get Amar'e back. I just can't do that deal because it doesn't help me.

Well trade talk is right. You never want to say you like someone else's player better than your own. Then you lose the edge in any trade. But that's what I went with.

Its no big deal. I just thought it was funny in a trade for Deron Williams and Odom you offer me Pau and garbage thats all. You say you dont win in what i offered you. Where do i win in dealing 2 of my best guys for Pau? I would be left with Mike Conley as my only Guard.

If you want Williams i would need Nash back. Thats why i offered you that one. Im not taking Calderon in a trade when im dealing Williams. You want to talk about injuires. Calderon is a every other week thing so far. You would be getting a huge upgrade at PG so i would need a huge upgrade elsewhere. Williams and Odom for Gasol and Nash i didnt think was that farfetched. I cant throw another player like Crawford in there. That would be way to much and the next best i have is Miles.

Another thing is you say you lose everything in the Odom, Crawford trade but you dont because adding Crawford would allow you to stop starting garbage like sefolosha and belilelli.

So for example Crawford and Odom compared to Gasol and belinelli.

FG% goes to Crawford and Odom
FT% goes to Gasol and Belinelli
3PT goes to Crawford and Odom
PTS goes to Crawford and Odom
REB goes to Gasol and Belinelli
STL goes to Crawford and Odom
BLK goes to Gasol and Belinelli
TO goes to Gasol and Belinelli
AST go to Crawford and Odom

Edge Crawford and Odom 5-4. To say it wouldnt help is foolish.

Williams and Odom for Gasol and Nash i didnt think was that farfetched. I cant throw another player like Crawford in there. That would be way to much and the next best i have is Miles.

But I don't need an upgrade at PG. Nash is doing everything I wanted from him. I lose points but he's helped my FG%. Since getting him and Pau, I've moved from 2nd to 4th in FG% and 2nd to 6th in assists. And hopefully Brooks isn't far off. I've already been going down in blocks since I traded Jefferson and Jordan. No need to go down even more in that. I rather upgrade...not downgrade.

While Calderon is hurt...I've continue to put him in my lineup and, while he's not getting me a ton of points on a nightly basis, I'm just looking for assists and I'm getting them.

I don't think Williams is a "huge" upgrade at PG over Nash. Nash averages 1.4 assists more than Williams and, over the last 30 days, he's averaged 2.5 more assist per game. Williams gets about 4 more points per game but over 10% less FG%. Williams has ranked 58th over the last 30 days while Nash has ranked 20th. But we are allowed to disagree. Williams over Calderon is a huge upgrade...not Williams over Nash.

So for example Crawford and Odom compared to Gasol and belinelli.

FG% goes to Crawford and Odom
FT% goes to Gasol and Belinelli
3PT goes to Crawford and Odom
PTS goes to Crawford and Odom
REB goes to Gasol and Belinelli
STL goes to Crawford and Odom
BLK goes to Gasol and Belinelli
TO goes to Gasol and Belinelli
AST go to Crawford and Odom

Edge Crawford and Odom 5-4. To say it wouldnt help is foolish.

No...I was talking about the other trade with Williams. I kinda lose in almost every category.

I got Belinelli only for 3's. But it's not about how many more categories I help. I've learned that tanking in 1 category is what hurts the most. I'm too far back to come back in FT% to even get to 2...I don't want to do that with blocks.

Sure Odom and Crawford may help me more with assists than Gasol and Belinelli...but assists aren't my concern.

Brewer/Thabo have resolved my problem at steals. I was last I believe and now I've moved up 4 spots.

Everything is going good for me. I don't NEED to trade Pau. But I will if the right offer presents itself. I haven't recieved that right offer yet.

I'm just hoping Brooks gets back to his old self. His 3's are needed since I traded Bibby and Harrington.

I like Crawford...anyone on my team you're interested in for a swap that would work?

Maybe if they were working on signing the 2005 all-star team it would be a bigger deal.

Rumor has it that once the Miami Heat fail to make Finals, Lebron will be bringing his talents to the New York Yankees to save the franchise.

Have you seen Onion SportsDome and their funny skit about Miami's Big 3? It was absolutely hilarious.

    Terrible quality but it's funny.

I was trying to negotiate which means if it were accepted, but he declined.

Crank offered CP3 and Garcia for Calderon and Pau. I couldn't do that because the tradeoff between Garcia and Calderon was too much. I tried to then get Afflalo but he wasn't budging so we went nowhere.
