Thread flagged as containing spam?

I tried to put a help request in and got a Thread was flagged as containing spam message and wouldn't let me submit ??

How do I avoid it?

 I'm having trouble on my phone. The desktop is perfectly fine. When I go to the site on my phone though....

If I go to "my contests" I can see them. I'll use Survivor as my example.  If I hit "Make a pick" it either goes to an all blank screen or it will show show available selections but no choice of other sports at the top. On the black banner for "Picks" there are 2 white hash marks. If I hit one it will collapse and then won't open again if you hit the plus sign to open. If I choose one of the selections that are shown and hit submit it goes once again to an all blank screen and never goes anywhere after. I've left that thing open for 10 minutes and it does nothing. Again, only on my phone, and I'm using . I did try  and same thing. (I've removed the 2 browsers I used to avoid the THread was flagged for containing spam message.
