 Why are there always options missing from all of the contests?

MLB/NHL/NBA always sides and totals and games missing, and this has been occurring everyday, for many days.

 What about last night's games? When will you get around to grading those? Should we expect to have to badger you every morning to get this done? Why isn't this done automatically anymore?
