Prize Level 9 $20 Gift Card

On March 12th I reached 9 wins on Streak Survivor but a glitch happened to the system and took away my 9 th win but Covers fixed the problem on the grading. I never received the email from support to claim my prize. I emailed covers support team but haven’t received a response

 Just taking a look, and you did show up on the winner's list.  Looks like an email was sent out on Friday. :)

Still waiting for my email ???? Will look in the spam holder I guess. Please another. Streak of 10 , no gift card since last July
