Office Pool Join Can't contact originator

I've been trying for a couple years to join private office pools which need a password by contacting the originator.  When I click the originators name link to get the ask for password to join, I only ever get a error page 404 Looks Like you are Lost.  I've submitted the issue for help numerous times last year, and again this year with ZERO response.

Can someone please help? I'd love to participate in the NFL Private Office Pools this year!

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention, and I apologize for the delay in resolving it. I will pass this information along to the product team, and we will do our best to address it. Could you please provide the link to the page where you are encountering the 404 error? Once I have this, I can raise a ticket and have it fixed sometime next week.

I've tried 4 different browsers, VPN off, still the same error page trying to contact a private office pool originator or the password to join:

I was in an office pool a few years ago, please help resolve this!

Sorry for the delay! I have emailed you the password for the office pool. It has been sent to the email account associated with your Covers account. If the email is not in your main inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Yeah, that link would need to be removed as it would have linked you to the old PM system we had. It is no longer available at this time.

thank you, is removal of that link something you need to do/fix or something I need to do?
