You would first need to check your notification settings within your forum account - https://www.covers.com/forum/profile/Fuzzer44-1035058
The one you would need to have turned on would be "A user you are following creates a thread" and/or "A user posts in a subscribed thread" as well be following the user(s) and threads you wish to be notified by.
