I won the Monthly Streak Survivor prize for April, and as of today at 7:00 PM (Brazil time), I have received absolutely nothing. Last month, when I hit 9 straight picks, the $20 gift card email arrived right on schedule the next day &#x2014; so why is it different this time? Please look into this as soon as possible."
