Respective to the occurrences in this thread, I made a comment based on observation. My comment was factual and more importantly respectful.
Wallstreetcappers response is anything but and contains multiple personal inferences about me that are factually not accurate. From Covers staff, or help, this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. This had been dismissed in the past, but Wallstreetcappers time and time again has showcased inability to afford even the most minimal civility while conducting duties.
Respective to the response, outside there posted forum rules / guidelines it seems wildly unfair to subjectively say a member is prohibited from contributing to the completely nonsensical and inflammatory thread.

I would firstly say that if a member has a history of being offensive or disrespectful to another user or group of users, there would be asks for them not to take part in their discussions or threads. After multiple warnings of them continuing to do so, the next step would be a suspension or ban, given they are unable to follow the rules asked of them. To me at least this does not feel like a case of being an unfair suspension as the user was warned of what may happen if they continued. Unfortunately, this would happen more often in the politics forum, as the importance and general feelings far outweigh sports betting.
If you are questioning wallstreetcappers decision making on the matter, I have reviewed other cases of theirs and have found their decision making to be quite accurate with our rules and guidelines in place. As to the response given to you in the other thread, I am sure they may have been some frustration involved and that is something I will communicate with wallstreetcappers on in private. Hopefully this response answers your question and helps relieve any potential ill will in how these decisions are made.
