MLB Office Pool problem from Apr 15th

Hey Covers,

In the Pick The Winners MLB Pool that I'm in (Greeneyeddevils) there were 15 picks to be made for Apr 15th but for some reason people's totals are all off showing things like 10-10...can you look into this issue from Wed please? Thanks

Hey Casinogranny,

Looking into this now, hopefully have it fixed shortly.

@Flynt

 Looks to be fixed..thanks for the quick response Flynt...just curious also as to why scores tend to be pending after they've finished for hours on end...they used to get confirmed & recorded rather than pending for so long

@casinogranny

 Essentially the automatic grading in place does not change all of the games to completed and it stays in-progress. So for some games we have to manually complete these the next morning.

@Flynt

 Thanks for letting me know Flynt...appreciate it

Just a heads up...there's at least 7 MLB games from Thursday still pending in the Office Pools

@Flynt there's 11 MLB games from Tues still pending in the MLB office pools....

Thanks

@Flynt...the Atlanta/Wash MLB game from yesterday in the office pools was recorded as a Push in the Office Pools...but Atlanta won the game 8-6...Can someone please fix this issue....thanks

Hello Casinogranny,

This should now be fixed, it may take a few minutes to reflect in your office pool.

@Flynt

 Thanks always appreciate your help & quick response

@Flynt...there's still 12 MLB games pending from Fri night in the Office Pools

Thanks

These look to be all graded now.

@Flynt

 Thanks Flynt

@Flynt...there's only 1 graded MLB game from last night....can you push through all the other pending from last night please so the Office Pools can update please...thanks

Hello casinogranny,

These have been graded and should update in office pools.

@Flynt...they've been graded in the Office Pools but the records are showing 0-0 for Monday night office pool games...they're not showing your win/loss total correctly

Will look into this.

@Flynt

 All good now thanks
