I’ve noticed a persistent technical issue affecting NHL Boxscore pages on Covers. When checking the daily NHL Matchups page, everything loads fine, but when clicking the “Boxscore” link for most games, I often get this error:
“This page isn’t working – www.covers.com can’t process this request. HTTP ERROR 500.”
This has been happening frequently — not only during preseason, but also for regular season games and even older seasons.
For example, on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, there were 5 NHL preseason games listed. Only one of them worked correctly:
I tested using Google Chrome (latest version) on Windows 10 (desktop).
MLB and NFL Boxscore pages load normally, so it seems to be an NHL-specific backend issue.
Has anyone else noticed this problem? It would be great if the Covers team could take a look.
