Lost the St. Louis - Arizona Game

I couldn’t pick the sides of this game on July 23, it said I’d already picked Arizona, even tho that pick was never in my pendings. This morning I wake up to see I’d lost on St. Louis in all my contests. The game was a no-play, as I tried many times to click AZ. Please erase. Thanks. 

It appears that you had picked the Cards over the Diamondbacks in the originally scheduled game before it was postponed. The system transferred the game, along with your pick, to yesterday's makeup game. 

I'm sure that when Flynt or CT sees this, they will void the pick(s) for you. 

In that case, it would’ve shown up in my pendings, but never did. Actually told me I was already on Arizona in ALL my pools, but nothing in pendings anywhere. Thanks! 

Regardless, this is almost assuredly what happened since the system has done it to others before. Anyhow, I'm sure it will be fixed once someone in that department sees this.

Your pick on the cardinals is for a line that was only available on July 23rd, it was not a previous line from June 25th prior to the game being postponed. Unfortunately I can not void this pick as it is showing it was a pick made on July 23rd along with the total you selected for this game.

It wouldn’t allow me to pick Arizona and the reason given was I’d already picked Arizona — although there was never any indication that I’d picked Arizona either in Make Picks or Pendings.

All of my pools allowed me to pick the total only, while the side remained unpicked in appearance. I never picked St Louis, and St. Louis was never in my pendings, only in the final records. Just so you know, that was a glitch. Thanks for looking into it.
