Live in USA, but noticed the books and lines to see line movement changed recently from domestic books to ones I've never heard of or care for. Any way to change it back to the normal ones like FanDuel, DK, Bet365, BetMGM, Caesers, etc? Or maybe allow all books to be seen?

Looks like the change was made to show legal state specific books based on your location, which would be the reason you are seeing things a bit differently now.

All of the books I listed in post #1 are legal in my state. (I forgot BetRivers) The ones that are shown for line history/movement were changed to ProphetX, Novig and Thrillzz. I've never heard of them and don't want to see them for my research. Any way to change it back to the original books?

Apologies PlusOdds, Should have worded this better, we are unable to show "regulated" books in unregulated states. If you are in a state that is regulated, let me know which one and we will check to be sure we are showing the books available.

This is a ridiculous retort. How can the books I want to see were there until a few weeks ago? The change is a Covers issue, not my state (Indiana).

That's not what he's implying, nor was he trying to give you a retort. He was simply trying to get extra info to help troubleshoot the issue, precisely because he knows that it's an issue on Covers.
There are settings on websites called "geo-caching" that can be put in place to dictate what a user sees based on your location. In particular with regulated states (where there are specific laws on the books about online gambling, sports betting, etc., and who can lawfully operate in the state (or not)) it is important that a site has the correct settings, to make sure they are following regulations. He was asking your location so that he can pass on this info to devs and they can check on this on the back end. Thanks for letting us know the state - that will help narrow down any issues.

How much longer before I get a real answer from somebody? Thrillzz isn't even legal in my state and all 3 of the new ones showing for me are Daily Fantasy Sportsbooks. I want the originals restored please!

I have the exact same gripe you do about the line history.
I don't call it a glitch or anything. I think Covers is intentionally only featuring two books for the line history because they're paying them.
A lot less helpful than having the majors on there. Really not helpful at all, because Thrillz is completely inaccurate. Basically makes the line history tab useless.

Hello PlusOdds & slamspurs, We are still looking into this, if you are in a regulated state you should be able to view all the legal listed books. If you are not we are looking into options to show more of the previous books but it is not guaranteed. This would depend on your current IP/Geo location while using your device.

Hey PlusOdds, the books on the Odds pages while in Indiana should be showing the more known books now. we apologize for the inconvenience and delay on this and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you are still seeing books not available in your state please let us know and we will look into it for you.

As of this minute, the situation has been fixed. Thanks! Please let me know what the problem was, or if it was done intentionally.

The change was intentional, but appears they missed sorting a few states into the correct list of books being available. Some states that are not legal/regulated will still be showing the books you were seeing prior to the fix, but the legal/regulated states should now be showing the correct books available.

Extra info to add. When I use phone not on wifi, this site has me bouncing back and forth to Missouri and Louisiana. Obviously, I'm not in either state in any capacity. Missouri shows the garbage books I don't want to see, but Louisiana shows what I want to see. So there's another issue with mobile that needs checked/fixed. Need all parameters checked with my state on your end. Indiana is my state of course.

Just came back to say thanks for fixing the line movement page. Mine is correct at the moment.
You're going to have trouble if you're regulating it by location though. For example, if I was at work the IT comes from another state and it would mess me up.
Also, a lot of people use ad blockers and incognito things that hide location. They will get messed up too.
Then you have the opposite situation. People that have a lot of spyware and trackers on their computer. Covers may think they're in Russia or something.
Why does it matter what state people are in? Just put all the majors up regardless of location. Fanduel, Draftkings, MGM, and Caesars are the majors.

Still waiting on why Covers thinks I'm in Missouri (sometimes Louisiana) with phone not using WiFi. I don't use VPN and can log in to all my sportsbooks with no issues. Once again, I'm in Indiana.
