I've had this problem for 2 weeks now. I sent an e-mail to covers help and i get talked to like i run the ferris wheel at the county fair. I use IE9 and yes i know there's IE 10 and IE 11 is coming in November
I've cleared my cookies,browsing history,restarted the computer etc. I can't log-in into this site on google chrome all the time because it eats up my internet usage
I've never had this problem before. I don't ask covers for much. Please fix the issue

I tried logging in from your suggested page and got the same thing
I can't use chrome full time and downloading IE10 isn't an option for me. All i know CT is i get treated like shmucky the clown when i bring this up. I've tried multiple ways to log in through IE9 in the last 2 weeks and its the same thing every time
I love this site and CT you and lot of others i feel are a part of my family. But if we can't this problem fixed i may not post much anymore if i post at all. Because using google chrome or firefox eats up a ton of my internet usage

I was the same way BUT Covers-Team kept telling me that their site was really NOT compatible with "Exploder" and Firefox worked much better SO tried it and works GREAT. at least download Adblock Plus for your IE. THAT speeds eveything up. it's a FREE download

Tested with IE9 today and had no issues either. Were you able to check your cookies?
