Pretty demoralizing when companies can take your money and then not pay out when you win... I'm simply following up as I have not heard anything back from either companies. Yours and the organization you recommend I used to get my money back. I also see that this company is still on your website... And other members had issues with them as well... Not sure why we are not protected as well.... Just does not seem right....
