Hello, I'm in the following office pool

On 5-25 I made two picks, One was a win the other was a loss, My account was only credited the loss but I did not get credit for my win. If you look at the date in question in my pick history for the contest you will see what I'm talking about. Is it possible for you to credit my account + $100 for that win ?  Thank you for any assistance you can give me with this.

I believe I am seeing what you are referring to, but it is showing for 5/24/2025 in your past picks. You were not credited for your win on that day which resulted with you have -140 units, vs the -40 units you should have ended up with. I have brought this up to the team and they will look into having this fixed for you.

 Hello, Thank you for getting back to me, I apologize, Yes you are correct, the date in question is 5-24-25. you are also correct; I should have only been - $40 for that day and not -$140.   I thank you very much for your assistance in getting this matter fixed.

@Flynt Would you now help all the players like myself who for STREAK SURVIVOR on June 6 took the Reds WHO WON 4-3 but got a void?? I shoud be 2 behind the leader but because of a MISTAKE VOID it has me with one less win, therefore 3 behind…Can you get me & others with the Reds on June 6 the WIN & those if any who loss….get them the loss so WE HAVE A FAIR LAST 13ish days left for the month of June???
