Let me get this straight -
A large % of bettors like Pitt ( check ).
Pitt is coming of a terrible heartbreak loss vs ND ( check ),
Money line bettors at square shops are hitting Pitt to win straight up by 75- 90% of the action ( check ).
So tell me again why I should bet Pitt ??? Give me UCONN

all i can say is ive been hot the past few weeks.. clemson has been rolling, but im leaving the 31 alone, ohio st. everyone i have bet on has covered but NC state 2 weeks in a row smh.. i am also a pitt alumni and i follow the team very well.. pitt is on the rise. they have a new coach and after that horrible start to the season they are bouncing back to go on a nice run hopefully get bowl eligible before they head to the ACC next year.. pitt has too much offense. i see them covering +10... Lets Go Pitt

From the Pgh Post-Gazette:

Pitt's offensive line put together its best performance of the season last week, moving the ball on the ground against Notre Dame's stout defensive front. Turnley and left guard Chris Jacobson both said they hope to keep that momentum going against the Huskies.

And, knowing that a loss would be devastating to their bowl hopes, the Panthers can just look back to two years ago for motivation.

"I want to get another shot back at them because what happened [in 2010,]" Graham said. "It's a conference game, so this would be a good game for us [to win.]"

I was thinking the same thing. A lot people were caught thinking the sharp bet was Jacksonville because of the suprisingly light chalk.

I couldn't tell you the first thing about either one of these teams, but I do know that when 70-80 percent of the action goes on a fishy line, it usually causes people to get burned. From the stats I see, UConn is in very tough, so why the 3 points? Pitt covered 3 points last week against a top ranked program, too obvious for them to cover -3 this week.
