Wow this line has me wondering...this is a Pitt team that hung with
Notre Dame the #3 in the country & the line is -3.5..

This is a Uconn team that has 4 straight & put a total of 33 points up in 4 games...got blown out by Syracuse...& there last win was over Buffalo & that game was life & death...

The only thing I can see is that Uconn is at home...but that shouldn't mean shit...they put up 6 in SFLR...

enough said...Can't see Uconn hanging with Pitt...

I follow Pitt more than anybody living here and being a die hard fan.  Pitt is absolutly devistated in blowing what should should have a victory against N.D.  They proved they can play with the best of them, buuut this is typical Pitt.  Most betters will easily grab Pitt as only a field goal favorite but im telling you Pitt will not cover this game.  They always always do this, Losing a heartbreaking game like that, they come back the next week and Dont feel like putting the effort in..  The bad Pitt team will come out an they will continue to not play well at Uconn. Devistating loss that will ruin their season.  Lucky to go .500 here on out. Sad , but UCONN covers here easily.  G/L all

This is UConn's bowl game and most likely the only one left they stand a chance of winning. I'll take the points near game time when I expect them to get 3' or 4.

Lmao. Gotta love the sarcasm but you're not lying. Why in the world would Pitt lose to the mussy huskies? I'm not following that guy.

Not sure if PITT can kick it up a notch again like last week in ND.

Huskies just hang around, hang around, hang around, hang around, in most games due to their D but, i think Pitt will be 2 much for em.

early leen on the visitor here.

    Gold Sheet's Analysis:

Pittsburgh 19 at Connecticut 20  "UConn defense has held 4 of last 5 foes to 19 pts. or fewer, and is the best in the Big East.  Husky QB has avg. 291 YP L3 games, and RB McCombs looked as good as he has since returning from midseason injury.  Pitt might not shake off blowing 2-TD lead in 4th QT. at ND."

    Connecticut +3 over Pittsburgh

But Pittsburgh "scares me".  Pittsburgh 4-1-1 vs. spread their last 6 road games...and Connecticut 0-5-1 against the spread their last 6 games.  And in 2011 matchup...Pittsburgh 35 Connecticut 20.

Plus, Pittsburgh launched an all-out, go-for-broke attack against high-rank Notre Dame (9-0)...and only lost by 3 pts. in overtime!

Win or lose, must go "against the Gold Sheet grain" and run with Pittsburgh -3!

Goldsheet is right boys. Uconn defense pretty good. If they dont  have a chance at all why is line not -6 or -7.5. Books are sharp this late into the season. Beware the squares. Watch out for sucker lines this week! UCONN and UND small. They are still smelly!!

92% of the money on Pitt as of right now according to Vegas Insider....never a good sign if you're on the favorite.

I'll be passing on this one probably. Under bet if anything.
