Destroy Cal? They only won by 18.  We need a solid 40pt win to be happy

Clemson isn't going to cover that spread.

I like Okla St and FSU as dogs, but no one is talking about Miami.....they're going to rape South Florida.

That LSU/Ga spread is about right on.  I don't see any value in that one.

I lean UGA as well but what makes you say the above?  LSU is every bit as talented as UGA if not more.

WR = adv LSU and its not even close, especially with MItchell out.  Landry and Beckham are the most dangerous 1-2 punch in the country.
QB = adv UGA on experience alone.  Mett is the better NFL prospect and is showing what a little coaching/play calling can do for him
OL = even. both experience and both have studs.  LSU's La'el Collins is the highest rated though.
RB = slight edge to UGA but Hill is right there behind Gurley.  Hill doesnt have the straight ahead speed as Gurley but Hill has more power.  Both are great but UGA will get the slight edge here just because HIll might get arrested before game time.

I could go on but you get the point.

Georgia is better at the Wide-out position

QB play by far goes to Murray...

The OL...could be a toss up

The running back situation.... you say it's a slight edge??? Say what???  Gurley and Marshall are the 2 best RB's in the entire country... and it goes in that order... Georgia doesn't have a slight edge at Running back IMO.... they have a HUGE advantage....and thats not slighting LSU at all... .Georgia is loaded.

I could go on and on...but you get the point

I could go on but you get the point.

Georgia is better at the Wide-out position

QB play by far goes to Murray...

The OL...could be a toss up

The running back situation.... you say it's a slight edge??? Say what???  Gurley and Marshall are the 2 best RB's in the entire country... and it goes in that order... Georgia doesn't have a slight edge at Running back IMO.... they have a HUGE advantage....and thats not slighting LSU at all... .Georgia is loaded.

I could go on and on...but you get the point

They destroyed Cal's D, that's for sure.  But you are right, only led by the most 25, and final was 18.  The key to UO game is how many points will Cal get.  I doubt Cal gets 34 like they did vs OSU, but who knows.

    I'm on Oregon -36.

I'll give you the UGA rbs are better, but I'll take LSUs D line and LBs....so it washes out imo.

Crazy enough, I'll take Miles over Richt, which is something nonbody is talking about. Miles has balls and has won big games....Marky? Not so much.....

Boom, I'm really thinking about tailing you on VT, but last week I almost pulled my eyes outta my head so I wouldn't have to watch Logan Thomas attempt the forward pass ... Are you taking this game based on the VT defense ?

BTW, the card you have so far looks amazing !! I'm on em all except FSU.. I don't bet on or against BC for losing reasons

NC defense and VT defense is not the same !! Really not even close.. VT looked like they DGAF in the 1st half last week.. My concern is LT... That dude is hot garbage at QB.. VT can keep this game close on defense alone, but not for 4 Q's... VT's offense must do SOMETHING to produce points.. My 6yr old knows that GT is gonna load the box and dare LT to throw... Can he ?

Beckham and Landry will be the two best wr on the field and it isn't really close, especially with Malcolm Mitchell lost for the season. This is fact.

Murray is 2-9 in his career against top 15 teams. He gets the edge but Mett has the better skill set and with the proper coaching that he is receiving this year, it's beginning to show.

Have you ever watched Jeremy Hill play?  Gurley is impressive and I give him the edge but if Gurley is the #1 rb in this game, Hill is #1b. Blue/Magee/Hillard are no slouches as backups either. Same as Marshall.

As I said, im leaning UGA due to several reasons, one of which is Mett's 1st true road start of the season against a an already tested UGA team but let's not act like LSU will be rolling in with a bunch of scrubs on offense. They will have an offensive coaching edge (Cameron > BoBo) and talent/experience is pretty close to even.  It makes me ill to sit here and defend LSU but their is no denying the talent they have on offense this year.

I know the topic was offense and I agreed with you. I was merely pointing out the fact that LSUs defense is better, thus negating the edge UGA has.

Mark Richt usually finds a way to blow big games (he almost blew the SC game). Miles has a way of looking completely retarded but comes out looking like Rainman at the blackjack table. Truely baffling.

agree to disagree..... IMO. Gurley is on a whole entire different level. Hill is good... but no the 2nd best back in the country...

Top 5 backs in the country

    1) Gurley  ( then a huge drop off )
    2) Marshall.... This guy is big time... If you understand what talent really looks like then you will know Marshall would be the 2nd back drafted if eligible.
    3) Melvin Gordon
    4) Lache Seastrunk
    5) Dat Thomas

Hill IMO is somewhere between 6 and 10..

Miles might punt on 1st down. Richt may take a safety up 4 with 2 minutes left in the game.

    it's true...

can you imagine what someone like Gary Patterson or a Mike Leach could do with talent from Georgia and LSU?
