Has anyone else noticed every change of possession takes absolutely forever now?

The new rule being about 'speeding the game up' was a total smokescreen. They actually extended the commercial breaks to make up for it. I thought I had been imagining it til Chip Kelly complained about them only having 4 drives the whole 1st half.

I know most people just go on their phones or change the channel during the breaks but attention spans are so short now I think they know people can't even look at their phone for too long now and will see more ads this way.
