i don't get that at all.  what the hell are the coaches, refs and announcers looking at or not looking at ?  i have seen butgers get the short end of bad spots 3 times in this game.  wtf ?  also, while i had rutgers on the ML in a parlay, based on what I have seen so far, no way they win this game unless NC State implodes.  Wilson is playing way better than Teel, way more accurate than Teel, and can run out of bad plays with his feet. 

And now look at this bullsshit - - they give these nc state fuckers the first down when the guy was clearly out of bounds first.  i mean, c'mon.  i'm not saying fix, but call the damn game evenly with the fucking spots.

Teel missing guys wide open and no way rutgers secondary can keep pace with wilson and his receivers.  i'll pound nc state 2nd half no matter the line.
