Only thing I found so far was 70% chance rain (which shouldn't really matter) winds 10-12 mph.

If you guys don't already you should think about following him on Twitter. He has some great trends that applies to one game today. 

Play on any Bowl team that enters game with a .500 or less record, if they are a dog of +2 to +10.5. (42-11 ATS 79%) Last years 6-1 ATS

Not 100% sure why people make things so cryptic (Davids Twitter, this), I mean, what does it hurt to just say it's the Cougars?
But more importantly, I wonder why David didn't make it a play, could be that is is truly right on the line (no pun intended) .500 and +3...maybe too close for comfort?

But seriously, thanks for bringing it up Moe.
