You're friend may very well be correct. KU in uncharted waters....but Iowa St couldn't have been expecting this to be a big game when the schedule came out....season goals in trouble after losing to Baylor....the rest of the schedule is rough. Kansas at home with the better QB and the best team they've had in close to 2 decades....plus a few points....Sure.

I also like EMU to bounce back this week in a big way vs UMass. EMU homecoming too. Honestly like half, full game and TT over 36.5. Did you dig into that one at all? I faded UMass last week with Temple and it worked out.

@TRAIN69 Thoughts on PSU team Total over 38.5? NWU is NOT a good team playing at a fast pace. Lots of 3 and out. And turn overs setting up short fields
I think that TT is pretty solid, so I dont lean either way. They should be able to score more than that, but with a huge game @ Michigan in 2 weeks, I dont think they will be pressing the issue in the 2nd half if they are up 2 or 3 scores. Actually lean NW in this game catching 25ish....may add them at some point, but would really want 27/28 and I dont know if it gets there.

Went with Kansas, but nothing crazy. I havent seen a single sole on Mizzou, which is understandable, but that always makes me leery. I may add AF if it drops below 14. Points probably hard to come by with the total around 37....if it goes to 13.5 I might just put them in a teaser at 6.5.....dunno yet.

For sure. There are so many more college hoops teams the cfb squads....plus, the line are only (usually) up for 24 hours or less before the game, so line "mistakes" can be found if you know teams better than most and follow injuries etc....So hard the last 2 years with covid and other stuff going on to have enough info.....

For sure. Thats a tough one. EMU will probably be playing Austin Smith again at QB with Powell injured. Off a huge upset vs Az St and then laid a turd vs Buffalo....have W Mich on deck....now supposed to win by 3 tds? Another one I probably wont touch. U28 1st half is interesting. I expect some ugliness early from both teams. UMass only averaging 10 ppg and they cant throw the ball at all (only 62 ypg), so I expect them to be ground heavy early to try and stay in the game as long as possible. EMU should be able to put up 40 if their defense can get UMass off the field quickly....Im just not sure they can consistantly....
